We request that you do the following while you wait for us to respond:

1. Read the help that comes packaged with your theme

2. Deactivate all plugins to see if this fixes your issues

3. Update your theme to the latest version available on ThemeForest

4. Activate another theme to see if the issues still occur, if they do then it is not a theme issue
